A TED talk given by an anti-porn activist, Gary Wilson, means nothing after watching it. He not-so-subtly switches non-existent porn addiction with internet addiction which may or may not exist. The hyper-use of the term "addiction" is rather meaningless and best reserved for documented addictions which by definition are harmful. The medical literature has no diagnostic criteria for these two Wilsonian addictions. He is just Angela Dworkin wearing pants rather than a dress.
As to ED and porn, please feast on this analysis{:

It just ain't so. I suggest you add a new prism to your limited view of sex and porn. If a behavior is present in all cultures at all times, it is a brain-based behavior, aka "sociobiologic". It has been selected for because it increases DNA reproduction, which is what our DNA wants us to do. Thus, fucking or sex if you prefer, is the existential reason we exist - to maake more DNA in a new human. Porn meets this definition in spades.

The Y chromosome mating strategy is based on "newness" as this permits more Y chromosome reproduction. To balance this, women have a more discretionary X chromosome agenda - get pregnant and have a mate to contribbute to the acre of the resulting kid.
The most important part of anti-porn crusader Wilson's TED mumble is the fact that in our over-wired world, children are exposed to porn very early. This is not a GOOD thing, as the kids have no idea of the intense emotional complexity of sex. And, unfortunately, the kids are net-smarter than their parents and will find porn regardless. This is a societal problem and not an anti-porn argumen.
Personally, I love porn - good porn which by my definition shows the entire emotional spectrum of sex. I am in a joyous LDR with a lovely Chinese woman. Obviously, being LDR means no physical connection. Porn helps fill this void. Better yet, will be her immigration to Portland Maine where I live. Porn will then become a long forgotten activity.
